eBARANGAY.ph is a cloud-based system that ensures easy and 24/7 access by the authorized Barangay officials and residents.Current Barangay record-keeping procedures are performed manually by writing down information on a record book, logbook, notebook, etc. The secure long-term upkeep of these physical records is made difficult by environmental factors, such as floods, fire, rain, and unforeseen man-made initiatives.Moving this manual system to a paperless one through eBARANGAY.ph tackles these concerns by allowing Barangay residents to request and receive permits and IDs, report crimes, receive emergency alerts, etc. through the cloud-based system and app. In addition to this, eBARANGAY.ph allows Barangay officials to manage information in their community with increased confidence due to the accessibility and security of their data.
